CFF-S Ceramic Foam Filter
CFF-S is a range of new generation silicon carbide based ceramic foam filters with a consistent, high level performance in terms of metal flow rate and filtration efficiency. CFF-S filters are intended for filtering grey, ductile iron and nonferrous metals at the temperatures up to 1480 °C. The filters can be placed in the gating system of the mould as well as in combination with exothermic extensions for direct casting. CFF-S are available in many standard and custom sizes, shapes, and pore sizes.
